In 2007 Jr. Roebuck bought his first property to flip in a quaint neighborhood in Grand Island, Nebraska. After a lot of work and lessons learned, he flipped that house for a profit. With the money he earned from the sale of that house, Jr. bought his second investment property to flip and so began Roebuck Enterprises. Jr. kept investing in properties to flip, expanding his reach to other communities. Finding more success with each property, Jr. developed expertise and business acumen in the real estate industry.

Expanding on the success he gained from flipping houses, Jr. Roebuck started buying rental properties. Loving working with his hands and being close to his work, Jr. was able to do most of the work himself flipping and managing the rentals. His willingness to put in the hard work lead to great success in residential and commercial real estate.

There is no challenge too difficult for Jr. Roebuck. Over the years, he has held over 500 units for rent, flipped over 250 homes in GI and surrounding areas, and owned many local restaurants. Now Jr’s portfolio consists of 1 restaurant, 6 car washes, 5 laundromats, 3 fitness centers, a hotel, and commercial and residential rentals.
